Reporting directly to the Assistant Athletic Director for Development, Annual Giving this position is responsible for assisting with all operations within the Our Beaver Nation Annual Fund with a purpose of generating revenue. This position will be held responsible for revenue generation, cultivation, and customer service.
Key partner relationships for this position include the OSU Foundation’s Annual Giving team, OSU Athletics Sales, Service and Ticket Operations, Assistant Athletic Director of Development Communications & Stewardship.
Measures of Success •Coordination of viable fundraising programs that are consistent with Our Beaver Nation standards •Organization of annual fundraising methods with a focus on capturing priority seating donations •On-going and effective communication with partners, stakeholders, donors, university staff and athletic department leadership •Meeting timelines in an efficient and prompt manner in relation to data requests, benefit fulfillment, and solicitation methods
Under the general direction of the Assistant Athletic Director for Development, Annual Giving assist in the identification, cultivation and solicitation of annual donors. •Manage the Our Beaver Nation volunteer ambassador program with the use of appropriate technology utilizing the grow membership and discover potential major gift donors. •Work in collaboration with Our Beaver Nation and OSU Athletics Sales, Service & Ticket Operations staff members to develop and implement new annual giving revenue streams. •Coordinate with the Assistant AD for Development Communications and Stewardship to deliver benefits such as football/basketball parking passes, pre-game experience credentials, and donors gifts for distribution in a timely consistent manner. •Oversee football and basketball parking allocation process and assist the Athletics events staff with game day coordination. •Assist with maintaining a high level of customer service to provide a positive game day experience in premium seating locations for Oregon State Football contests. •In conjunction with the Assistant Athletic Director for Development, Communications and Stewardship, coordinate the delivery of annual fund direct mail solicitations to retain, renew and acquire donors. •Develop, produce, and deliver data reports from Athletics and Foundation databases for customer services, prospecting, and stewardship needs •Manage the Oregon State Athletics Beaver Point system designed to reward longtime supporters while allowing new donors and season ticket holders to acquire the appropriate benefits and recognition. •In conjunction with the Foundation Annual Giving and Athletics Communication staffs, coordinate the delivery of annual fund direct mail solicitations to retain donors and groups. •Oversee and conduct the audit process to ensure season ticket holders are contributing their required per seat contribution.

Work with faculty, staff, students, and the general public to answer questions or concerns pertaining to donations, tickets, game operations, policies and procedures.
Gather and maintain a current understanding of the university’s academic and athletic strengths and goals to be articulated accurately and enthusiastically through written proposals and personal presentations to prospects, donors and groups.
Organize and mobilize volunteers to ensure meaningful engagement with the university and their efforts assist in achieving athletics’ overall annual fundraising goals

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and two-three years of program coordination experience in higher education, or a related work experience with emphasis on Annual Giving preferably in Athletics or a fundraising environment. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Education and experience equivalencies will be considered.
