Virginia Military Institute is accepting applications for 2 full-time Assistant Football Coaches. The first coaching position will handle the Defensive Line, and the second position the Offensive Line. The candidates will assist with organizing and directing all phases of the football program, to include the recruitment of student-athletes, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach while following the rules of VMI, the Southern Conference, and NCAA. Instructs student-athletes in playing techniques and skills, the subtleties of game rules and collaborative team drills along with quality control experience including video software and computer literacy.

Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree as well as coaching experience. Experience in coaching and recruiting at the college or university level desired.
