The College of William and Mary, an NCAA Division I member of the Colonial Athletic Association, is seeking to fill openings for two assistant coaching positions in football: Offensive Coordinator; and Special Teams Coordinator. Duties include recruiting exceptional student-athletes and assisting with duties relative to coaching varsity football. Candidates for the Offensive Coordinator position must have experience providing organization and execution of the offense and know all rules pertaining to offensive play. Candidates for the Special Teams Coordinator position require experience coaching kickers and punters.
Additional requirements for both positions are a strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes; the ability to recruit, develop and motivate quality student-athletes; strong communication and leadership skills; strong computer and writing skills; and a knowledge of and commitment to all university, conference and NCAA regulations.
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Review will begin March 15, 2017 and the position will close on March 22.
