Additional duties as assigned by Head Football Coach and Athletic Director may include, but not limited to; Assistant Football Recruiting Coordinator and Student-Athlete Mentor/Advisor. 2-4 years experience coaching at the collegiate level is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is required, Master's preferred.
Responsibilities: • Analyze performance and instruct student-athletes in defensive game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. • Observe players individually or in groups and demonstrate defensive secondary techniques. • Assist in all aspects of the football recruiting process • Excellent skills in using technology to enhance football program operations and recruiting. • Commitment to understanding and adhering to NCAA/CCIW Rules. • Mentoring of minorities and academically at-risk student-athletes
