The Assistant Manager for Ticket and Business Operations, under the supervision of both the Assistant Director of Athletics, Business Operations, and the Athletic Ticket Manager will have responsibility for assisting the Ticket Manager in all aspects of Athletic Department Ticketing, including but not limited to, assisting in the daily operation of the athletic ticket office, updating and maintaining the ticket website linked to goprincetontigers.com, developing and maintaining the ticket office communication plan via the automated email system, graphic design for various outlets (website, email blasts, game day signs), game day ticket manager duties for Football, Men's Ice Hockey, and Men's Lacrosse, weekly sales reporting, full knowledge the Audience View ticketing system. This position will also have Business Office responsibilities that will include supporting the business operations team, team travel planning and reconciliation for various sports, processing payments to vendors as assigned, over sight of the department cell phone program, and implementation of the out of term meal process for all sports. This is a one-year term position.
Comprehensive understanding of the Audience View Ticketing System
Create and maintain all electronic ticketing communications to customers
Manage the ticket website, update information and graphics, keep the website relevant i.e. design, look, and functionality
Weekly sales reporting
Effectively process ticket orders as needed
Assist the Ticket Manager with building seasons and events in Audience View
Graphic design work as needed
Continue to grow birthday party group sales, build upon the current program and create new “experiences” to entice birthday party group sales
Game Day Ticketing
Assist the Ticket Manager at all home football games
Oversee all ticket operations for all home Men's Ice Hockey and Men's Lacrosse games and other events as assigned
Coordinate all aspects of team travel for sports as assigned including, but not limited to, hotel booking, bus and air travel booking, reconciliation of all expenses related to those teams
Assist in execution of Out Of Term Meal procedure
Oversight of Department Cell Phone program
Process payments of invoices as assigned
Generation of financial reports as needed

Enforce all Princeton University and Department of Athletics policies and guidelines
Adhere to Ivy League and NCAA compliance regulations
Follow all Princeton University Human Resources policies
