The University of New England is accepting applications for the full-time, 12-month position of Associate Director of Athletics for Communications and Operations.
UNE is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced professional who possesses strong administrative experience, is capable of leveraging social media and digital communications to tell the story of UNE Athletics, and who has strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) in communications, sports administration or a related field, and should have at least 3-5 years of experience in athletics communications and/or administration. Additional consideration will be given to those with a demonstrated ability to utilize technology, video and social media, as well as communications and administrative experience with the varsity sports that UNE sponsors.
