Lafayette College Athletics is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to lead its athletic ticket office. This position is a full time position with a competitive benefits package. This person will execute the athletic ticketing operations, cultivate new and continuing relationships with ticket holders, provide excellent customer service, and help advance the goals of the Department of Athletics.
•Ticket management for gate receipt events (football, men’s and women’s basketball, various championships and tournaments) including preparation of financial reports; Maintain ticketing system; Assist in the development and implementation of new ticket sales strategies and promotions; Work closely with various campus entities and external groups to increase sales; Supervise, engage and motivate game day ticket and event staff.
•Reporting to the Athletics Business Manager, the successful candidate must have the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and problem solve creatively.
•Some travel, night, and weekend work is required.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Demonstrated experience in ticketing, customer service, sales, and/or money management.
•Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
•Knowledge of University Tickets is a plus.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
