Leads graphic design work for the Clemson Football program to enhance the program's brand, recruit prospective student-athletes, and vividly communicate to the program's many constituents. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES:
30% - Essential - Graphic Designer: Acts as lead designer for all projects associated with Clemson Football Recruiting. Projects include but are not limited to: 1. Weekly personalized graphic content for approximately 125 prospective student-athletes, 2. Visually highlight Clemson University and the Clemson Football program via engaging graphic design, 3. Assist in large scale design work to be printed and installed within the Football facilities, and 4. Create and produce content for Football staff, including, but not limited to, playbook covers, recruiting presentations, camp brochures, and itinearies for bowl games, pro days and banquets.
30% - Essential - Project Management: Leads a staff of approximately 5-7 designers. Delegates projects and ensures tasks are completed on time. Manages work schedules and assigns deadlines. Leads by demonstrating strong creative and organizational skills. Provides professional development and direction to staff by being highly skilled in Adobe Design Suite applications and knowledgeable of Clemson Athletic's brand standards.
20% - Essential - Collaboration: Designs projects as assigned by Director of Recruiting, Head Football Coach and other Clemson Football staff members. Assists with design during on-campus recruiting events such as junior Days, Game Days, and Spring Game. Demonstrates strong communications skillls through an ability to communicate ideas for projects clearly and concisely.
20% - Essential - Quality Control and Production: Ensures the accurate printing of approximately 3-5 projects each week. Demonstrates an ability to balance graphic quality and quantity while working in a high-pressure environment with deadlines. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
