Reporting to the Director of Sports Performance, the primary responsibility of this position will be the management and training of the comprehensive strength and conditioning programs and student-athletes as assigned by the Director of Sports Performance.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with experience equivalent to an advanced degree. Substantial experience working with the strength and conditioning/sports performance sector of Division I Athletics football or NFL program. Certification through a nationally recognized strength and conditioning programs (SCCC ,CSCS, USAW Level 1, and/or FMS Level 1). CPR/AED certifications. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Division I field hockey and lacrosse. Nutritional certification through accredited organization.
