The Administrative Assistant- Football will provide daily administrative and operational support to the Head Football Coach and coaching staff, and work closely with the Head Football Coach, Football Sport Administrator and the Director of Football Operations on all matters affecting the football program.
In addition to general administrative duties, this position is responsible for:
Managing calendars Scheduling meetings Making travel arrangements Processing travel and other reimbursements Ordering office supplies Monitors employment process for the football program: EHRA, SHRA, non-student temporaries and student temporaries; and is responsible for the onboarding process for the football program Other duties as assigned
Must be very organized and have the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced office environment Must exhibit a high level of trust and confidentiality Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills Must have excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Must have a commitment to University, Department, and Conference policies and procedures as well as NCAA Constitutions, bylaws, legislation and regulations
Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Diplomas or degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
