This position will report directly to the Senior Associate Athletic Director. Duties include but not limited to: coordination of recruiting related events for football as well as event planning, support, and special projects for tennis, golf, and women’s lacrosse, facilities, and human resources management. This position must be able to work nights and weekends. Some travel maybe required. Anticipated hiring range is between $30,000 and $35,000.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with training/experience equivalent to an advanced degree. Some experience planning and/or managing events. Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and produce and analyze data. Strong communication skills (written and oral). Knowledge of NCAA rules. Demonstrated public relations skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a FCS or FBS recruiting environment. Experience with budget management. Experience with planning/booking travel. Experience with game scripting. Experience with graphic design/Photoshop.
