Kentucky Wesleyan College, a private, liberal arts college with a long-standing reputation for quality and academic excellence, is actively seeking applications for a part-time Assistant Wrestling Coach in the Athletic Department. The Assistant is responsible for assisting the Head Coach with all activities associated with operating a successful NCAA Division II program.
Assist with the instruction of student athletes
Coaching practices and competitions
Following an academic support plan for student athletes
Recruiting and retaining student athletes
Maintaining compliance with College, NCAA, Conference, and other applicable regulations
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of wrestling skills, techniques, and strategies
Effective interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
