A day in the life:
• Ensuring that the ticket needs of the Arizona Athletic fan base are met • Overseeing 4 full time employees • Planning strategies for ticket initiatives for assigned sports (Football), and provide assistance for all 9 ticketed sports • Providing resources & training for all student staff • Attending meetings to collaborate with all external units to create revenue generation opportunities • Providing reporting on revenue/tickets for all ticketed sports

• Supervise and Coordinate the work of full time, ancillary, and student employees in day-to-day office needs • Take lead for Ticket Operations regarding all renewals, upgrade, and new sales efforts for football to ensure maximum retention and revenue • Communicate with Marketing, Development, Game Management, and Outbound Sales to prepare for upcoming events and act as liaison with coaches and student-athletes to ensure their needs are being met within the bounds of the compliance guidelines • Meet and communicate with Ticket Office Staff on a regular basis and evaluate any issues or new options in an effort to improve the operation • Oversee the Ticket Operations budget by verifying all charges to the Ticket Operations account and authorizing payment for invoices • Additional duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s Degree • Four years of ticketing experience • Working knowledge of Paciolan • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to problem solve and make decisions • Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions • Dedication and motivation to initiate, lead and support value-added projects • Meticulous attention to detail • Knowledge of position related NCAA and Pac-12 rules and compliance • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a positive demeanor • Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to plan, establish priorities and successfully manage multiple priority projects • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relations • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, and project a positive, professional attitude • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
