The Position The Head Football Coach is a 12-month position working in the Department of Athletics. Joining a dedicated team of coaches, this position will strive to promote student success both on and off the field. The Head Coach of Football directs all aspects of the intercollegiate football team including coaching, recruiting, scheduling, program administration and budgeting. Additional responsibilities may include performing administrative duties as assigned at the discretion of the Director of Athletics. This position is also responsible for the administration of all phases of the program in accordance with guidelines from the University, the NCAA, UAA and CCIW.
