Recruiting Boost is looking to hire local scouts all across the country and internationally to scout local talent in their area in the following sports:

Boy's Basketball, Girl's Basketball, Boy's Lacrosse, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Golf, and Esports.

Scouts are expected to evaluate talent, produce a simple scouting report, and collect parents' contact information of the prospective student-athletes they believe have college-level talent.

Former coach or player
An eye for accurately evaluating talent level
Comfortable talking to all types of people in all types of situations
