Essential Functions: - Head Coach two teams within the NCFC Youth ECNL Girls Program (U13 – U19 age groups)
- Design and execute training sessions that support the clubs Technical Framework
- Conduct face-to-face in-season player evaluations according to program/club timelines and expectations for completion
- Utilize technology to support player and team development
- Be responsive to all communication (emails, phone calls, etc.) and maintain response-time expectations set by the Director of Soccer
- Work directly with ECNL Girls Program Director on program-wide player and team initiatives including but not limited to player placement, college placement, player identification
- Collaborate with other coaches to identify opportunities for on and off-field development
- Manage and execute all activities assigned and related to the Girls ECNL Program
- Must be a positive role model both on and off the field
- Support all club functions outside of the Girls ECNL Program
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned or earned based on candidate’s qualities, experience, and career goals
Qualifications - ECNL Coaching Experience preferred
- USSF B License Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field preferred
- Applicants must be a US Citizen or currently have legal rights to work in the US
- Proficiency in computer skills and video analysis
Job Type Requirements: - Fulltime; salaried position
- The traditional work hours for this job are combined office hours during the day/week along with evening and weekend hours on the field and at remote sites
Work Environment/Travel/Physical Demands: - Most of this person’s job is conducted on the field and requires exposure during all seasons, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather, to fulfill job responsibilities and event support
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; run; kick; jump; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Physical demands: bending, sitting, lifting, running, jumping, kicking
