The Athletics Department invites applications for a Director of Athletic Performance. The Director develops, administers and supervises weight-training programs for all student-athletes, except for those in the sport of football. This position develops individualized outcomes for each student-athlete and modifies programs on a continuous basis based on progress to outcomes. The Director communicates progress to coaches and provides guidance to coaches for conditioning activities outside the weight room. The Director must also develop modified weight training programs for injured student-athletes and works closely with the Athletic Training staff to monitor those injured student-athletes.
