This part-time position reports to the Head Coach. Primary responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach in sport instruction, in-game/contest/meet coaching, individual skill development, team development, game planning, education and leadership of student-athletes. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3.0 GPA minimum required for Graduate Admissions.
• Previous collegiate playing and/or coaching experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the sport and team, and individual skill development
• Ability to teach, inspire and lead student-athletes
• Ability to serve as a positive role model and mentor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work nights/weekends as required per practice and game schedule
• Ability to travel to away contests
