Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Assistant Track & Field Coach assists the Head Track & Field Coach in directing all activities of Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country programs within NCAA, LSC, TAMUK and TAMUS policies, guidelines and procedures. The Assistant Track & Field Coach is responsible for maintaining high academic standards to support the academic development and graduation of student-athletes while focused on student-athlete welfare.
