University of Connecticut Division of Athletics ADMINISTRATIVE Interns will assist with all daily operational, financial and customer satisfaction responsibilities, which includes, but is not limited to: assist with selling tickets; meets and exceeds standards for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction; follows established compliance protocols and rules governing the administration and distribution of complimentary tickets; manages and monitors incoming calls and intervenes when needed for problem-solving; manages and monitors customer service window and troubleshoots when needed to resolve problems; general oversight of season, flex, single and game day sales; assists with setup and transactional needs related to player/coach guest ticket management using Jump Forwar
