Assistant Coach - Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving
Southern Illinois University a Division I member of the Missouri Valley Conference, Missouri Valley Football Conference and Mid-America Conference. We are seeking an Assistant Coach for the Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving program.
Duties and Responsibilities: This position will assist in all facets of the program, coaching for specific events, recruiting student-athletes, assisting in administrating the program, and public relations on behalf of the program. Additionally, ensuring NCAA rules compliance is of the highest priority. Design and implement training programs/practice regimens for student athletes, ensuring compliance of the program with University, NCAA, and MVC rules, recruiting student athletes while staying current with the program’s recruiting system, monitoring
