Position Description Duties for position include assisting the head coach in all aspects of the program (practices, games, recruiting, conditioning, overseeing academics, etc.). Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience preferred. Recruiting experience encouraged but not required. Good character & communication skills, self-motivation, and leadership skills are essential. Position compensated with graduate studies, housing, coaching & meal stipend.

Specific positions include: •Defensive Line •Wide Receivers •Defensive Backs •Running Backs

Position begins August 1, 2023

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and admission into a Southwestern College graduate program
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Weekend and evening hours required
• Driver’s license required (personal vehicle preferred)

Compensation

Stipend: $5,000/year

Tuition: Full tuition waiver

Housing: On campus apartment plus flex spending for on campus meals
