The University of Oregon Athletic Department is seeking candidates for one (1) Ticket Office Intern position for the 2022-23 year.
Description: The Ticket Office Intern positions are intended to introduce individuals to all aspects of a Power 5 Conference, Division I ticket office operation. Individuals will gain experience in customer service management, day-to-day operations, game day management, fiscal responsibility, and a greater understanding of the athletic department as a whole. Two (2) positions are being offered. The two positions will focus on the day-to-day operations at the Athletic Ticket Office (located inside the Autzen Stadium Complex), as well as at Matthew Knight Arena and Hayward Field, working with all ticketed events (athletic and non-athletic). Both interns will be required to work all home football games and other ticketed events as assigned. Both interns will share sport oversight duties of all non-season ticketed sports. Locations and responsibilities are subject to change as needed for the efficiency of the office.
Responsibilities: Daily contact with the general public and donors to provide customer service, data entry, event management, daily printing and distribution of tickets and invoices, overseeing player-guest admission, managing the student ticket process, vault management assistance, website management, submitting daily reports to outside organizations, and other duties as assigned.
Start date: Both positions are yearlong appointments. Position will begin as soon as possible, at an agreed upon date.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible and non-traditional hours; including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have own transportation and valid driver’s license to travel back and forth between venues. Previous experience in a ticket office setting and training on the TicketMaster ticketing system preferred.
