Assistant Football Athletic Trainer
The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) has an opening for an Assistant Athletic Trainer. Responsibilities include: providing medical coverage for the Football program as well as one additional program and assisting the Associate Athletic Director for Sports Medicine with the prevention and care of the student-athletes’ athletically related injuries. Duties also include assistance in the day-to-day operations of the training room; ensure proper use of the equipment and facilities, adherence to time schedules, maintain accurate medical records, and oversee Certified Athletic Training Interns. The individual must be able work evenings, weekends and travel with the teams as required.
