Texas A&M University--Kingsville is seeking a graduate assistant to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Business & Ticket Office. This position will report to the Assistant Athletic Director for Financial Operations. Potential duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with all business processes including budget management, accounts payable, daily deposits, travel management Management of all Ticket Office responsibilities for assigned sports Assisting the Assistant Athletic Director for Financial Operations in preparation for, and in game-day management of football, basketball, and any other revenue sports and/or special events as assigned Reconciliation of events Supervision of part-time event staff Student-athlete pass list, printing, and dist
